“When I started my cooking business, ‘Mr. Plates’, I had no type of income besides any allowance I received from my family. I needed a way to make a main source of income—FAST. I thought about my current line of work and skills I’ve naturally developed, which is cooking, and how I’ve been doing it as a hobby during my current years in Comp Sci High. My mother emphasized this brilliant idea to create my very own business. Telling me I have potential to run one because I'm in a very supportive school. Since then, I’ve been providing the students and faculty of the school home-prepared meals”
